At Minority Capital Partners we invest in UK-based private companies in need of growth capital to finance organic growth, corporate acquisitions, or to support ownership change.
We typically invest through a subordinated debt instrument which reduces the equity requirement for our risk capital, leaving the management teams or owner-managers as majority owners of their business.
We aim to invest between £3m and £20m in each business. There is no limit to transaction value but we normally target an enterprise value of £20m to £100m.
